For data about your own account, RentalSaga acts as a data controller. For the operational data you process through the platform — such as your customers' records — RentalSaga acts as a data processor on your behalf.

We process personal data where we have a lawful basis to do so, such as performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent, or a legal obligation.

Individuals can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing of their personal data. If you are our customer, we will help you respond to requests relating to data you process on the platform.

We use a limited set of vetted subprocessors to run the service. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
