These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RentalSaga website and platform. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

RentalSaga provides an agency dashboard for managing rental operations and a public marketplace for listing vehicles to renters. Features evolve over time, and some capabilities described as upcoming may not yet be available.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to break the law or infringe others' rights.

We offer a free trial as described at sign-up. Paid plans renew according to the terms presented at purchase. Your plan includes all features and platform updates at no extra cost, and we will not move features behind a paywall. The only charges beyond your subscription are optional, opt-in third-party services that carry an external cost we pass through to you, such as payment gateway fees.

RentalSaga and its software, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the data you put into the platform.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential damages.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or as needed to protect the service.
