Marketplace commission
You only pay a commission when the marketplace brings you the customer. Reservations you create yourself — direct, walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, or corporate — are always 0% commission. Marketplace-generated reservations carry a 15% commission, with the same 30% new-customer discount for your first 12 months.

What counts as an active vehicle
You are billed on active vehicles — cars that are available for rental or operationally part of your rentable fleet during the billing month.

Every feature we ship is part of your subscription — today and in the future. We never move features behind a paywall. The only things that ever cost extra are optional, opt-in third-party services that carry a real external cost we simply pass through to you:

- • Any other opt-in third-party service
You decide whether to enable these. If you don't use them, you don't pay for them.
Pricing questions
Do I pay for cars I am not using?
No. You are billed only on active vehicles — cars that are part of your rentable fleet during the month. Archived, sold, or inactive vehicles do not count.
What if I only have a few cars?
A €39 monthly minimum covers platform access, hosting, support, backups, and updates. If your per-car total is below €39, you simply pay the minimum.
Are users, bookings, or branches limited?
No. Users, reservations, contracts, customers, drivers, and branches are all unlimited under fair use. You only pay for active vehicles.
How does the marketplace commission work?
Your own bookings — direct, walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, corporate — are always 0%. A commission applies only to reservations the marketplace generates for you.
Do the discounts stack?
No. New customers get 30% off for the first 12 months, and annual billing earns 2 free months — but they are non-cumulative, so your first year is capped at 30% off.
What support is included?
Every plan includes email and ticket support with a 48-hour response time on business days. Larger fleets can add enterprise support with a faster SLA and a dedicated contact.
